The Board of Directors consists of :

1. The founding members and the Executive Committee members who are ex officio members of the Board.
2. One or more National Delegates representing each European country of the association. In countries with 10 Ordinary Members or more the National Delegate will be elected by these members. In countries with less than 10 Ordinary Members the National Delegate will be appointed by the Executive Committee. The term of the National Delegates is three (3) years and they can be re-elected / reappointed for up to two (2) successive terms. The number of delegates from countries is fixed by the Executive Committee in relation to the number of ordinary members and should not exceed two (2). The Executive Committee will endeavour to ensure that each European family will be represented.
